Lauren Snow Biography

  Born on 26th March 1987 in the heart of the U.K.s beautiful Sherwood Forest. The elder of four children Lauren showed early signs of having a leaning towards performance in dance, theatre and music. Said to perform 'at the drop of a hat', Lauren was encouraged always by her family to follow the lime light and improve on her abilities. Always said to be a kind and considerate soul Lauren went on to find personal solace within her study of the performing arts achieving a grade 8 vocal distinction at an early age and performing internationally in a varied range of circumstances including a lead vocal role in the Samuel Brunts School Swing Band. After leaving school, Lauren spent some time out working and travelling in search of direction, eventually settling into studies in 'Theatre and Performance' at the University of Leeds where she excelled as a performer and actress. Going on to a modelling career Lauren felt a yearning to eventually return to her musical and theatrical roots and began working to create a musical and theatrical collection of material. Signed to Platinum Records in March of 2009, Lauren is now set to present herself to the world as a capable and worldly-wise recording artist and performer with a very fresh approach whilst remaining deeply rooted in reality and her own life experience.
